Artichoke Softneck variety. Great for braiding. Originally from the Colville Indian Reservation in Inchelium, Washington. Unlike other soft neck garlics- Inchelium cloves can vary for 10-12 cloves that are all large. One of the favorite soft neck varieties out there.

Softnecks are known for better storage and garlic braiding.
