Marbled purple stripe. These bulbs are nicely colored with purple. Easy tp peel and a favorite to roast in the oven. Great for using raw in salsa and vinaigrettes. Originally from Southeast Asia. Yields 5-8 fat stout cloves per bulb. Can excel in cold and warmer climates.
